The Supreme Court heard arguments about affirmative action today in the case of Grutter v. Bollinger (law school) and Gratz & Hamacher v. Bollinger (undergrad). Slate always has a great write-up that gives a good synoposis of what occured. Then again, you could just listen to it (both cases) or read the transcript (law school).
